In case it’s not obvious, here at Momma’s house, I’m plinking away, attempting to blog from my phone… It’s a snail’s pace kinda thing.
Brian has a lot of work to do for church today, so he’s back home for now. I, on the other hand, am in limbo between rejoicing over Bennett’s new inchworm crawling methods and grieving over Charley’s rapid decline.
for as far back as I can remember, Charley has prayed with the family before bedtime. Two nights ago, he passed that torch to my 16 year old brother, Donovan. It was a bittersweet moment, this tender prayer with family gathered around Charley’s bed.
We’ve been so blessed for so long.
I’m sending my prayers and Love to all of you
We are continuing our prayers for you all! May God bring you strength, comfort and peace!
Thinking of all of you. Prayers. I think he’s tired of fighting which is part of his rapid decline. God bless him. He’s been through a lot and fought hard.
You will continue to be blessed regardless of when or how God takes Charley…as will he in Heaven.
Sharing tears at Charley’s physical failure. He is a fellow MM patient and the connection I have developed with him and Donna has been an encouragement to me. What a blessing that Donovan has had such good preparation for being a godly leader! Praying for all of you.
So blessed. <3
