Phew! Ready to shake off yesterday’s post?
Me, too. I have a feeling that the card will wind up in the trash in the next week or so.
If you’ve liked Square Piece on Facebook, you might’ve already seen a sneak peek of my Christmas tree. But here’s the beauty in all her glory:
There’s ONE peacock ornament in the center of it all as a reminder of the chaos that I succumbed to a few years ago. Every time that I see it, I feel a little giggly. And can you believe that I didn’t even use all of my ornaments? Shocker for me.
Have you decorated for Christmas yet?
I’m still lagging behind with the outdoor stuff, but hopefully I can get on the ball in the next few days.
Tomorrow Bennett has his second appointment with another eye doctor. It’s been about a week and a half or two since we’ve started patching the babe’s dominant eye at dinnertime/bath time. Our efforts seem to be producing good results as I haven’t noticed his lazy eye happening as frequently! Nevertheless, this time I’m prepared with pictures and videos in the event that his eyes once again seem perfect during the appointment.
Sorry to be so short and sweet, but this square piece is tuckered out!
By the way, Mondays with Momma is only taking a few more questions! If there’s any topic in the whole wide world that you’d like Momma to address, hurry and message me before it’s too late!
She is beautiful. My tree is about six inches tall and sits on a cabinet in my living room. In the midst of all the moving boxes, she still gives me a smile. Next year we will improve. Have boxes of ornaments in the garage.
E!
No matter how big or small, Christmas trees have a way of charming those smiles out of us!
Way to go!
Your tree looks lovely! Ours is up, but no lights or ornaments yet. We always decorate as a family so I will get the lights on and when Grant gets home from school we will decorate together…..it will be tough for us this year and your family as well. I will keep your family, especially your mom, Donovan and Olivia in my prayers. Merry Christmas!!
Beautiful! I love the decorated stand next to it, too. Very nice. Olive helped me with my tree on Thanksgiving. It makes me smile. I love the lights. š
