In light of yesterday’s post, won’t you play along with me?
I’m gonna post a few pieces of Otani’s menu. If you’d like to be entered in a random drawing for a $25 gift certificate, then
- make sure you’ve “liked” Square Piece on Facebook.
- leave a comment below stating which dish you’d order if you dined at Otani (OR just enter “lunch buffet” ’cause that’s freakin’ awesome, too… oh, OR indicate that you’d sit at the sushi bar, my fave).
Easy-peasy, right?
All are welcome, friends, family, coworkers, clients, strangers and readers alike!
On July 1st, I’ll pull a name from a hat (or a coffee can or a cup or an old UPS box) and one of you will get a night out on me!
I look forward to reading your responses!
(Obviously if you want to bless your friends, it wouldn’t be the worst idea to pass this along…)
I want a night out with you!!!!
Sushi bar, please!!!!
To be clear, it’s a night out “on” me. A night out “with” me is certainly up to the winner!
I am disappointed, Sue, that there is no sushi menu here. By far, the best thing about Otani is the Mango Roll. I never knew there was such a thing as dessert sushi. There is, ladies and gentlemen. There is.
Sushi bar all the way!!! And totally not on the menu but ask for crunchy salmon!!! Most delicious pieces of heaven ever!!!! Made by my favorite sushi chef Sam! Can you tell I eat there like 3 times a week??? 🙂 but honestly love everything on the menu!!! I’ve never tried anything I didn’t like and I am a very picky sushi eater!!!
lunch buffet
Buffet, all the way! Nom, nom, nom!!!
Sushi bar, sushi bar, Sushi bar!!! My new addiction this year. I have to agree with bree, I want a night out with you too! And I half expected today’s post to be something along the lines of little miss muffett haha
*groan* No little miss muffet today! …And preferably ever.
Teriyaki Chicken sounds delish
Sushi bar, babayy!! 😉 And, I’ve been there once with you and it waaaas delicious! If I went back, it would have to be with you.
Seaweed salad, shrimp and steak. Yum.
Love seaweed salad. Do NOT love it getting stuck in my teeth. But the salad, yes.
This is a difficult decision, so I will list several items that tickle my fancy, Otani Sashimi, Ahi Tuna Tataki, Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura, and Filet Mignon & Calamari Combination Dinner. I am seriously hungry now, thanks Suzy 😉
Lunch buffet. Yummo!
There are so many things I just can’t decide! I’d probably take the buffet and have one of everything to try (especially the sushi). :^)
Steak, chicken, and shrimp because I am not a big fan of sushi
Given that hibachi grills are some of my favorite places to eat, I’m going to have to go with the Filet and scallops dinner. I do have to say, though, that I would be torn between that and their sushi menu. I think I’d hope for a little bite off of everyone’s plate 🙂
i’d totally do the sushi bar, but live too far away, so if you pull my name, please take Donovan and/or Olivia in my place
Definitely the filet and scallops. I’ll have to tell you the ‘earthworm’ story about my middle sister when I come in on Friday!
Teriyaki chicken!
What a great menu. I definitely need to try this restaurant! The Otani Scallops and the Ceviche Trio both sound amazing. I would also have Edamame of course, because it is my favorite.
I just was around them today dropped off dry cleaning and got a toy at Three lil monkeys and wanted to go in for lunch but had two cranky kids with me. I would say buffet. A little bit of everything is the spice of life ” at least in the food world.
What what free food!!!!? Seriously the on fire volcano thing is so cool and would have that in a flash but lunch buffet is a close runner up! Best part is dinner here with a sweet friend whom Suzy is one. Good memories of sushi and good girlie chat.
In the interest of “full participation”…steak and shrimp with fried rice! YUMMMMY! : )
Ceviche trio and soft shell crab tempura! Yummmm
Next time I’m up for a visit, we will have to go there. Yum.
Sushi bar for me!
What haven’t I had off of this menu? Lunch buffet, steak and shrimp, sushi. Everything is YUMMO! 🙂
I’d love to try the softball crab tempura.
