As the sun began to set on Bennett’s three month birthday, Brian headed to the nursery to commence the bedtime routine. A few minutes later, as I was sitting in the living room, I heard laughter peeling from the other end of the house. But it wasn’t just Brian’s; it was Bennett’s, too!
Brian yelled, “Bennett’s laughing!”
Torpedoing through the house, I yelled back, “I’M COMING! I’M GETTING MY PHOOOOOOOONE!”
Unfortunately, the majority of chuckles happened prior to my arrival. At my nudging, Brian tried again – having to fake laugh, make faces and speak like a cave man – to get Bennett to carry on for just a while longer.
So dang precious.
you’ve just reached the next level of rewards in parenting. enjoy 🙂
Wah!!!! I can’t see!?!?!??

Whoopsie. Sleep deprivation. Forgot to change the setting to public. All is well now.
Yay!!! I love that he is clearly as smitten and in love with his dada as he is his momma. 🙂
Sooo precious! Was that a little hiccup I heard in the middle? Do babies get hiccups?
He’s been getting the hiccups since before he was born! So, yes, he sure does!
Hahaha! So adorable. I hope Brian will repeat the performance for us tomorrow. Lol! So lucky for phone video cameras
Oh My Goodness! Love it! All the little things we look forward to as new parents are so precious. David and I still see a certain smile that Grant has today that he had when he was about 2 years old. Look forward to all of your videos.
I thought you were close to getting this yesterday with the rollovers/colors. Was waiting. Worth waiting one more day for sure. Precious beyond reason!!
