What a sweet Easter!
Woke at 6:00 A.M.
Fed the dogs.
Ironed my and Brian’s church clothes.
Made a smoothie. (Yay! I can eat smoothies!)
Showered (including a hair washing).
Got teary-eyed as I watched Easter videos on YouTube. (It is impossible for me to watch any footage from The Passion of the Christ without crying, especially if there’s music in the background. It’s like watching a family member suffer under torture. Just freaking breaks my heart!)
Blew hair dry standing on one leg. (A toned core has to be good for the delivery, right?)
Printed music for leading worship at church.
Make up.
Snuggled with Brian.
Snuggled with Esther.
At church by 8:40 to practice music.
Church began a touch after 10:30.
Strolled out and headed home around 12:40.
Poop scooped the yard (again).
Frosted cupcakes (after a thorough hand-washing).
Chopped pineapple.
Hid an incredible amount of Easter eggs in the backyard.
Delivered pineapple next door where I enjoyed a fabulous Easter feast with the fellowship of friends.
Delighted in seeing many children use my yard for their Easter egg hunting. (Pics below.)
Reminisced about the days when I was young enough to do that, but always had the fewest eggs. (I want a redo. I was simply the WORST at hunting eggs.)
Egg envy.
Headed to Get-Together #2 at 3:50P.M.
Time with the ladies.
Tried to comfort a baby who looked like a Cabbage Patch Kid.
Green bean casserole followed by more green bean casserole.
Headed home at 6:30P.M. and had just enough time to pick up the colorful remains of our egg hunt.
Drove to salon at 6:55P.M. where I did my friend, Adele’s, hair for the last time before she moves to Nebraska!
Thirsty.
Back home.

Sharing the joyous sights afforded to me today:
I think it was my best Easter ever. Hung out with good friends, great food (was more like Thanksgiving than any Easter I remember). Suzy, I would have given you some of my eggs if I would have known you when we were little.
LOL @ Esther and Beau helping with the hunt. š
Awww, Brian that is so sweet….great photos, glad you had a great Easter.
I love that you have such a big egg hunt in your yard!! What fun! And the dogs joined in the festivities! Love it.
Awww, how great. I loved hunting eggs and always had the fewest, but I was happy with what I got most of the time. Sometimes when the winners bragged, I sulked in my room. It looks like you had a GREAT Easter.
Cute pics!
