Remember the ultrasound yesterday? Remember all the goo?
Well, I’ll say this, being covered in goo is totally worth it when you come away with pictures like this:
Bennett’s profile:
And, in case you didn’t get enough of that, another:
Here’s a little foot print at the top:
But here’s where it gets good!
In this picture, he’s got his face hidden because his arm is reaching to hold his toes:
Here we’ve got a better view of his face. Though I still can’t tell if he’s got Brian’s sexy, square jawline, it’s lookin’ like he might have my fuller lips:
In this shot, Bennett’s obviously demonstrating his desire to rock out to some good tunes:
Brian and I spent some time last night analyzing the details of these pictures and trying to figure Bennett out. Will he look more like me? Will he look more like Brian?
Everything seems to be developing well. Every organ is right on track. His brain is lookin’ brilliant. š Bones and blood flow seem happy. Isn’t that wonderful?!
You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb.
Wow!!!!!
Quite wonderful!
So so so! happy for you guys! Regardless, with yours and Brian’s genes put together, your child will be gorgeous!
Thank you!
these pictures are breathtaking,
So precious! Praying against placenta previa for you!!
Wonderful news! REALLY, REALLY needed the happy news right now!!!!!

Oh, Suzy, those are amazing. It’s always the pics that make it real for me….(snif snif)….(stare)….(admiring)…he’s beautiful!
You got some great pictures Suzy. Very cute
Best and most well-defined ultrasound pictures I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe how beautiful he looks and so relaxed and comfortable.
A wonderful gift to start my day!
WOW, what amazing pictures!!! Can’t wait to hold him:)
Absolutely, amazingly, breathtakingly beautiful!
Simply amazing. Praise you mighty God!
Beautiful pictures!
ahhhmazing!!!
Beautiful handsome Bennett is growing big and strong! It is so wonderful to share these photos with you and Brian
These pictures of Bennett are wonderful! When I was in labor with Dylan, I used the Bradley Method which includes relaxation breathing techniques with a focal point. I used a beautiful ultrasound of Dylan’s little face to focus on. It helped me to remember that the pain had a purpose and each contraction brought us closer to meeting face to face! Now, he’s as tall as I am. But, I still love to look at his little face. God bless your little family!
Thanks, Tami! We’re actually going through the Bradley courses right now and both like them a lot. I like the idea of a focal point, too.
They have come a long way with that technology. Pictures of my kids (almost 15 & almost 20) were NOTHING close to that.
Again tears and more tears. I’m so happy for you both and whatever Bennett looks like I know he will be AWESOME!!!!
