Okay, I know I’ve been a little bit kitchen obsessed this week, but please indulge me one more opportunity to express how thrilled I am to have discovered a fabulous, crowd-pleasing dessert. You NEED to do this in your own kitchen. (Unless you’re on a diet. Definitely don’t do this if you’re on a diet.)
Once again I have my friend, Rachael Ray, to thank.
Last night we had a little get-together for Brian’s 30th. Yes, the slow-cooked Caribbean pork chops were incredible (as they have always been). But the fun part was letting everyone build their own dessert.
Have you ever put brownie batter in a waffle iron? How about cake batter? We did both, separately and swirled.
Then we topped our dessert waffles with ice creams and goodies.
Quick. Easy. Customized. Perfect.
